Personalized Care and Guidance

Services available by Face to Face or Telehealth.

Diagnostic Interview Examination

We use the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) and the Adult Needs and Strengths (ANS) assessment tool upon initial intake and every 90 days to keep track of progress and identify all of the areas of need.

Crisis Intervention

If an individual is a danger to themselves or others, our crisis intervention team will help keep everyone safe.

Case Management

Our case workers help coordinate services, make referrals to comunity resources, and advocate for the client. Case workers also assist caregivers by teaching skills specific to parenting a child with emotional disturbance, aggression or defiance.

Rehabilitative & Skills Training

Skills training addresses negative behaviors that are symptoms of emotional disturbance. As we learn these skills we see improvements in school, at home and in the community.

Counseling

We can figure it out together. Counseling in an individual and/or group setting can improve difficult circumstances and relationship stresses.

Engagement Activity

Everyone deserves to be seen and heard. Short activities between the client and our team will help create a trusting relationship for everyone's benefit.

Employment & Education Support

We help match skills and preferences to the best possible job match. We help clients fill out job applications, prepare for an interview, and advocate with potential employers.

Housing

Homelessness can be an issue for individuals experiencing a mental illness. We work to help our clients get and keep stable housing.

Medication Training & Support

We can give instruction and guidance regarding prescription medication.

When we work together, mental illness becomes mental wellness.
